Pancho Villa in Ramstein-Miesenbach

Ordered and picked up food today, but had already eaten there very often before Corona. The food always tastes delicious and the staff is very friendly, even if there is really a lot going on and you have to wait longer, they are always very friendly and courteous. Ambience is very nice. Our favorite Mexican for many years :)

Margaritas 2 for 1 everything Thursday and Friday for carry out during the lockdown is amazing!! Love the restaurant, the food is good but the staff is even better. The drinks are good, especially the margaritas on the rocks. Every time I visit Pancho Villa I have a great time. I would 100% recommend it to anyone.

Very delicious Mexican food with a nice, very courteous service, nothing was missing!

A friend recommended the restaurant and that's why we went there for the first time today, but unfortunately we were absolutely not satisfied. It was very overcrowded (distance regulation difficult, hardly adhered to) and loud, our table that we reserved was probably given to others, no problem, but the waitress in the red shirt was discussing this loudly with a colleague in front of us (could have been arranged more discreetly can). The lady also made a very annoyed, unsympathetic and unfriendly impression, sometimes seemed overwhelmed and listless. The waitress, who was disguised as a pirate, made a very friendly impression, but turned her back on you before the end of the conversation !? (Minus one star) The man who served us was great, but half a star. Unfortunately, we can't recommend the food at all, we didn't really like it. Some of the food was very tasteless, but unfortunately we missed the Mexican spice. Not even the hot wings we ordered were spicy, we also got them served with the wrong dip, not the ones we ordered (minus one star). Unfortunately, the corn chips and salsa were also missing from the main course (plate for 2) that we had ordered, which we only noticed when we ordered the dessert. Too bad, it was paid for, maybe the salsa dip would at least have been spicy. (Another star deduction) At least there was nothing to complain about at the dessert, very tasty, but with a star. And half a star is still available for the great and very creative Halloween decoration. All in all, we cannot recommend it, and would probably not come back again. Maybe we just had a bad day? Other reviews let us hope for better.

Food was delicious! Service was a bomb. We always had rifles at hand and made it possible for us to keep a seat free despite the fully booked restaurant. Top. A bit off the beaten track but the food made up for it.

Made a reservation and were made to wait. Over an hour later and we're still waiting for our food. Restaurant is crowded and other tables are being served who came in before us. Don't even care how the food is.

Super delicious food and nice service.

Delicious grub. Had chicken enchiladas and burrito poblano. Loved the diced tri-color bell pepper on both dishes for added texture and flavor.

Mexican food specialty. Not too bad combo plates with outdoor dining.

Were eating Saturday evening with 4 people with reservation. Had to wait over 1 hour for the front course and almost 2 hours for the main course. The food didn't convince us either. Sometimes the food wasn't warm anymore. But the service was very nice

Unfortunately disappointed again, Once again, no complete order received! Rice was missing, sour cream not included, and wrong nachos. 😳 Was an order made by telephone and was not properly understood! Food tasted no question about it, but that was definitely the last order ..... In the restaurant we were just as disappointed! Waited forever for food, dirty glasses, one waitress worked like crazy, the other preferred to sit on the cell phone !!! It's a shame because the food is really good. I am a patient person, but at some point I will end too !!! After all, sales with staff fall and rise ... PS. All the packaging waste leaves a lot to be desired, in today's world restaurants should also pay attention to all the unnecessary plastic packaging !!! The boxes also wrapped in a lot of aluminum foil ??? And then put it again in a plastic bag ??? There was nothing in it that could leak! Can't understand that at all ☹️ everyone should make their contribution to the environment!

Has been here several times now and was never disappointed. Good food (and always more than enough), a nice atmosphere, friendly wait staff and, important for families with small children, there are play facilities both inside and outside.

Chips and salsa was meh. Taco was good but the rest went uneaten, tostada and a chorizo burrito. Negra Modelo tasted like syrup and was in a bottle I have not seen before. Don't think I'll be back anytime soon. I was a bit surprised after all the rave reviews. Staff was nice and friendly.

A great place to eat Mexican food with friendly staff and quick service. Will highly recommend for Mexican food lovers, many options for vegetarians as well. I would rate it as one of the best Mexican restaurants I have been to.

Good service, food I can say was 10 out of 7 but overall experience is good :)

There were two of us here to eat. The food was delicious. The beer garden is super nice. The restaurant itself too. The service was very friendly. I had imagined the Baffalo wings differently. Rather crispy and the sauce next to it. The sauce wasn't really my cup of tea either. The buritto was tasty but I suspect the cucumber and the tomato watered down the sauce. Overall good.

Food was good but the service was very slow. They had 3 people working and they were working hard, but they definitely needed help.

Service is good, the food is ok. The rice and beans had a "canned" or "boxed" taste. The main entre was good. The close confinement and the location of the kid play area (in the middle of the restaurant) make for a very loud dinner experience.

The place is pretty good not to bad Mexican food but cant glad wrong with some tacos every once in awhile.

The “guacamole” is from a tube for sure (bland). We ordered a veggie fajita and the 8 tacos. The fajita came with more of the imitation guac and the sour cream was not sour cream, I’m not sure what it was. The 8 vegetarian tacos didn’t come with the usual taco ingredients (a few diced tomatoes, lettuce and pizza cheese, and a whole lot of refried beans) the chips were good though! The salsa was decent. The food came out waaaay to quick though, so I’m pretty sure nothing was made fresh.

Great service. Nice portion size. Lots of options. If your taste buds enjoy Tex-mex this isn't the place for you. Fajitas were overly oily and had no kick....not even a baby one.

I had the Zapata, will never come back. If you like Tex-Mex then this is the place for you. Food was not good at all. I would rather have frozen Mexican food then come here again. Good luck

I previously gave this place 5 stars because it's good Mexican food by German standards, however after my visit tonight 08 July 2019 I'm changing to 1 star. Here's why: Tonight we ordered a pitcher of beer, the menu said 1.6 liters for 11.85 Euro, sounded like a decent deal. However when the waiter came out he brought us a 1 liter pitcher (it said 1 liter on the pitcher) we drank it and asked for the additional .6 liters that was advertised. He said ok and brought out a smaller 0.5 liter pitcher, so we were happy. However when we got the bill we were charged for two full 1.6 liter pitchers = 23.70 Euro, for 1.6 liters of beer! After some discussion the waiter did not understand and wouldn't budge. So go and enjoy the mexican food if you want but don't order pitchers or you will be overcharged.

If you like German Tex-Mex, then this is right up your alley. But if you are used to real Mexican food, I suggest you skip it.

Not my favorite Mexican food but the sangria was pretty good.
